About Us

ellespa was founded in September 1999 by Elleke Haggerty, a Cornell University of New York graduate with hotel, hospitality and spa experience.

ellespa was created to fill a niche in the Asia Pacific region for branded spa management and the first flagship spa opened in Repulse Bay in November 2000 followed by ellespa at Leighton Hill in October 2002.

Following the success of these two Hong Kong spas, ellespa has embarked on a regional expansion plan and will be opening spas in China, Thailand and Indonesia within the next 12 months.

ellespa is owned and operated by a team of professionals with international experience, both in spa and other professional backgrounds such as finance, communication, law, sales and marketing.
